Walking Alongside You
Hello, I’m Sarah. I’m a therapist who works from a warm, humanistic perspective, drawing on different approaches to suit each person I work with. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and hold degrees relating to both Psychology and Psychotherapy.
I offer gentle, collaborative support for people navigating all sorts of life challenges. This might include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity questions, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, or stress — but it could also be something less easy to name, like feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure about the next chapter in life.
My aim is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can pause, breathe, and explore what’s going on for you. I work with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your individuality, helping you make sense of your experiences, build self-awareness, and move towards the changes that matter most to you.
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life — but to walk alongside you as you explore your feelings, thoughts, and choices.
Whether we meet in my therapy room in Stamford, talk online, or walk together in nature, my goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood.
